What is reformer Pilates and what are the benefits?
Reformer Pilates is a fun, lower impact workout done on a machine called a reformer (don’t worry, it’s way less scary than it sounds!). It is scientifically proven to enhance posture, flexibility, strength and mental well-being. It can also aid in injury rehabilitation and is amazing for stress relief and reconnecting with yourself.
Think of it as a feel good, full body reset for your muscles and your mind. A little love note to yourself every time you step on the reformer.

Where can I find the studio? Is there parking?
The address of the studio is 3 Clifton Road, Prestwich, M25 3HQ. We’re just behind Gail’s on Prestwich high street - you enter through our big blue door directly opposite Chips at No8. We’re up the stairs on the first floor where you can grab a seat in the waiting room and a refreshment before your class begins. For parking - you can park for free (for up to 2 hours) at Clifton Road Short Stay carpark which is directly next to our building. If there are no spaces, you can park further down the road for free or in any of the slots on Prestwich high street.
Please note, we are up two small flights of stairs and there is no lift on the premises. -
What happens when you get to the studio?
When you get to the studio, come through the big blue door and follow the signs up the stairs. You should swap your shoes for grippy socks and leave your shoes on the shoe rack. You can then take a seat on the comfy chairs in our waiting room on the left, grab a bottle of water and take a moment to chill before the instructor welcomes you into the main room for your class. If you are brand new, the instructor will give you an overview of the reformer bed before the class gets started.

What should I wear for a reformer Pilates class?
Comfy workout clothes that let you move freely. Whatever you feel most comfortable in is fine by us. Grippy socks are a must for safety on the reformer. If you don’t have any, don’t worry as we sell them in the studio.
